    Insurance

    I am out of network with all insurance plans. I provide a monthly invoice with procedure and diagnosis codes that can be submitted to your insurance company. Reimbursement depends upon your individual insurance plan.

    Length of Sessions

    Sessions are typically 45 minutes in length and one to two times each week; optimal therapy frequency and session length is different for every child and will be determined at the initial consultation/evaluation.

    Cancellation Policy

    In order to better serve your child and make faster progress towards goals, regular attendance in therapy is imperative. The most common cause of slow progress is inconsistent attendance. I require 24 hours’ notice for non-emergency cancellations. If the session is not cancelled with 24 hours notice you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
